Poised on the hill above town is Sun City Mesquite’s dramatic 30,000 square foot recreation center, the Pioneer Center, providing a wide array of amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, movement studio, billiards room, arts & crafts room with kiln, a library with over 7000 titles, a conference room, and large multi purpose room, to name a few.

18-Hole Putting Course
Whether you're perfecting your putting skills or challenging your friends, you'll love the 18-hole putting course at Sun City Mesquite, expertly designed by famed golf course architect, Gary Panks.
Sports Courts
In our Sports Pavilion, enjoy a game of bocce or pick up a racket and challenge your friends to a game of tennis or pickleball.
Library
Our Grand Lobby hosts a library with over 7,000 titles, games, and puzzles. The number is added to daily by the generous donations of our members.
Fitness Room
Maintain a healthy, active lifestyle in the fitness center, complete with state-of-the-art fitness equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights and more. You can also partake in a number of fitness classes, like Zumba, Pilates, Boot Camp, yoga, tai chi, or water aerobics.
Arts & Crafts Room
The Pioneer Center has a multi-purpose room where you can paint, weave, sculpt, scrapbook, or express whatever passion your inner muse wants to follow.
Scenic Trails
Miles of scenic walking and biking trails interwoven throughout the community. Sun City Mesquite hosts more expansive trails than any Del Webb community to date.
Two Pools
If you love swimming, you'll love the two pools at Sun City Mesquite. The heated indoor pool is perfect for lap swimming and aquacise. Or spend some time outdoors enjoying the sunny climate, where you'll find a large outdoor pool, spa, and patio with tables and lounge chairs.
Billiards Room
Enjoy a game of pool in our comfortable billiards room.
Indoor Walking Track
Complimented by breathtaking views of the Conestoga Golf Club and Flat Top Mesa mountain range, our indoor walking track is the perfect place for a walk or jog.
