& the Anthem Mesquite Master Association

Sun City Mesquite has two associations and all residents are members of both. One of the benefits of living in an HOA is being able to relax knowing that your community will continue to look beautiful and feel safe.

Homeowners dues go toward maintaining the community, on-site management, and the Pioneer Center- including the library, pools, all sports courts and the 18-hole putting golf course. Additionally, free wi-fi in the Pioneer Center is included.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the direction of the community. It is empowered to designate committees to assist in managing the Association’s business and affairs of the corporation. Sun City Mesquite currently has five designated committees for this purpose. Homeowners are encouraged to attend meetings and to serve on the Board of Directors and/or these committees.

Representatives that serve as a control group to protect the aesthetic character of the residential areas in Sun City Mesquite.

Communications

Committee members focus on awareness and communication. They produce the newsletter and various publications for the HOA.

Covenants

Committee members support the community standards in the CC&R's, Rules & Regulations, and Design Guidelines

Finance

Committee members analyze and review the finances and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Landscape

Committee members are committed to water conservation, preserving residents' property values, and landscape and environmental assets.
